We provide technical support for the Software as needed. Although we strive to offer assistance, support may vary depending on the issue. We are committed to resolving problems related to the Software and will provide assistance where possible.

4. Termination

4.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Software at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession or control.

4.2 Termination by Xirium Software

Xirium Software reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xirium Software and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

9.2 Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

10. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Xirium Software concerning the Software and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.

10.2 Modifications

Xirium Software reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website or notifying you.

10.3 Severability

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
